Absolutely. We accept nationwide shipping. Tracking information is required both ways, and clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from.
Often, yes. We offer tape splicing repair for broken tapes at $10 — and you're only charged if the repair is successful. If a tape can't be repaired, there's no fee.
Files are labeled based on whatever is written on your tapes. If tapes are unlabeled, we assign matching numbers to both the tape and the digital file so everything stays organized.
